Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information,  including product or services information, may be changed or updated without notice. PPHF and its subsidiaries reserve the  right to refuse service if in its discretion, including,  without limitation, PPHF believes that customer conduct violates  applicable law or is harmful to the  interests of  PPHF, SWMAPA, it's Members, it's suppliers, vendors or its subsidiaries.

INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT:

No information or material provided to PPHF by you through the website may contain vulgar, obscene, threatening or otherwise  unlawful language or material. We will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or  other information to us unless we obtain your permission to use your name or we are required to do so by law. Please review our  Privacy Policy for a complete description of how we handle personal information submitted in the process of ordering products  or registering on our site.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY:

Membership in The PlayPoolHaveFun.com, authorizes access to the Members Only Areas of the website and other benefits. These  areas are restricted to the exclusive access by Members Only. They are NOT open to non-members. Usernames and Passwords are  maintained by a third party server and administered by that company to grant access to Members Only portions of the site.

NO MEMBER MAY USE THEIR USERNAME OR PASSWORD TO ALLOW NON-MEMBERS ACCESS TO THE MEMBERS ONLY AREAS OF THE PlayPoolHaveFun  WEBSITE (PlayPoolHaveFun.com, .net, .info, .org respectively). Doing so can be detected by the administering password account  servers, and will be grounds for immediate termination of Membership Authorization to access the Members Only Areas of  PlayPoolHaveFun.com.

NO REFUNDS OF MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE GIVEN FOR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP BROUGHT ON BY A MEMBER'S MISUSE OF THEIR USERNAME OR  PASSWORD TO GRANT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.   I.P. Addresses are tracked by our servers, and termination is automatic.
